MEDITATION

Crystals can help one to get in touch with their higher self and the Universal Self,
allowing one to reach higher spiritual levels during meditaion. Reaching these
levels provides for the discovery of the Divine being that exists within each of us.
The crystal magnifies ones personal energy by merely focusing and connecting
with the universal powers.

The most common technique is holding the crystal in a hand, or both hands and
concentrating on being open to allow the energies within the crystal to gently
enter your being. Repeating the original intention over and over from earlier
programming will facilitate this process.

MANIFESTATION

With manifestation, there exist a fine line between helping the universe to provide
that which is necessary and attempting to greedily force the universe to provide
that which is wanted or desired. Keep in mind that unfulfilled 'want' and unmet
expectations are a true source of unhappiness. Need, on the other hand, will
always be fulfilled.

PROTECTION

For eons, crystal and minerals have been utilized for their protective energies.
They have been worn as amulets and talismen and have been programmed for
protection in the light and love of the universal forces.

One method used during programming is to visualize a protective bubble of white
light emanating from the crystal and surrounding your being. Protection of ones
posessions may be accomplished in the same manner, by visualizing the desired
object to be encompassed by the bubble of white light.
